Sneaker Culture Goes to the Extreme

The emerging sneaker culture finds its way in the hands of the police when a 17-year-old boy was found dead in Chicago and lacking footwear. The mother of the victim suspected he was gunned down because of his brand new $110 dollar Nike Air Jordans. Two teenage boys, Eduain Foster, 19, and a 15-year-old boy (who's identity will not be released) were found and charged for the murder of victim, Steve Terrett. It's a frightening thought to be shot to death all because of the luxury of your shoes.
